Booking
We require that all appointments are reserved with an active credit or debit card on file. First time clients are required to leave a one-time $65 deposit to hold their appointment. Payment can be switched at check-out if you have a different preferred method of payment.
We now accept Zelle as a form of payment.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve your appointment time specifically for you! In order to ensure that every client has opportunity to book their desired time we ask that clients abide by the following cancellation/reschedule notice times:
Standard Services with Noël - 48 hours
Extensions, Smoothing, and Color - 72 hours
If we’re able to fill the appointment time with an appointment from the wait list, we won’t charge a cancellation fee.
Appointments cancelled/rescheduled in less than required time before the appointment incur a cancellation fee for the full value of the service.
Guests & Children
To help us maintain a calm and spa-like atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment alone. At this time, additional guests or children will not be permitted during services. Your cooperation helps us ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience for everyone.
