NNY Cancellation Policy *

At Noël New York, we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you! "No shows" or last minute cancellations leave other clients, who could not get an appointment, at an inconvenience and our stylists with empty treatment times. We ask that you cancel or make changes to your appointment 48 hours before your service time and 72 hours before extension services, to avoid a charge for the full value of your service. If you're running late, give us a call to let us know! We'll do our best to fit you in for your appointment, but we may have to assess a $25 late fee if you're more than 15 minutes behind schedule.
